European Sales Operations Specialist | Commercial Back Office
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who will play a key role in supporting commercial operations across the European market.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, international environment where customer service, sales support, and logistics coordination come together.
Main Activities:
- Manage the full order lifecycle, from order entry to delivery;
- Support customers and the sales team across European markets;
- Maintain and update customer data, pricing conditions, and commercial information within ERP and CRM systems;
- Coordinate shipments and collaborate with logistics providers (3PL);
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies;
- Prepare reports and KPI analyses to support business performance;
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service.
Requisiti
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Commercial Back Office, or similar roles;
- Fluent Italian and English (nice to have: english mothertongue);
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems;
- Excellent knowledge of SAP;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in an international or multinational environment;
- Knowledge of French.

- Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday – (08:30 / 13:00 – 14:00 / 17:00);
- Location: Reggio Emilia Area, Italy.
